If something’s wrong with your order, we’ve got you covered. Just send the photo of the issue to within 48 hours of receiving your item. Once we’ve reviewed and confirmed the problem, we’ll issue a full refund—no return necessary.
You’re welcome to keep the item, or even better, give it a second life by donating it to someone in need.
